the German heritage dinner:

Date: Sunday, July 15th, 2012

Location: Loose Creek, Missouri

Agenda: 10AM: Mass at Immaculate Conception Church in Loose Creek

11AM: Guest Speaker in Church

11:30AM: Dedication at the Monument in front of church

12 Noon: Dinner at Loose Creek Community Center below church

Cost is $12 per person at the door

Held at community building in Loose Creek park below church.
Dinner tickets are $10 by reservation. Cutoff date is June 15th.

To all Iven family descendants,
I phoned Mrs. Hubert Bescheinen and found out the German banquet will be on Sunday,July 6th in Loose Creek, Missouri. This means the Iven family reunion will be on Saturday, July 5th in Jefferson City, Missouri. Please make plans to attend. Terri Iven should be preparing the invitation and we hope to have it posted on this website in the near future. Keep checking.

To all Iven family descendants,
I just want to make a correction to the first blog. Mike Harper is the son of Ronald and Joyce(Iven) Harper. We are still working on the address book so keep checking back to see if we have it up and operational. Hopefully you can log in with the password and add or update right on the site. I will try and get the reunion information and some of the family history on the site as soon as possible.

It is important you spread the word about the site to all our descendants. I tried to make it easy to remember. If you are an Iven and live in the United States then you just remembered it. Pass it on by word of mouth, email or by any other means.

Welcome to the Iven Family Website

To all Iven descendants in the United States, November 12, 2007

I would like to acknowledge the start of our Iven website. The official start was November 6, 2007 on election day. I would like to thank Mike Harper( son of Joyce Harper(Iven) for designing it and getting it up and running. The main focus of the site right now is to build an address book and get out the information for the Iven national reunion to be held in July 2008. So if you are an Iven descendant keep checking the site

And add your name to the address book. I tried to make it easy to remember so that is not an excuse to not visit often. I will blog periodically to keep you apprised of our progress.
